Assisting with digital and paper filing
Supporting the work of The Crossroads Retreat and assisting with occasional operational needs
Supporting and assisting the Executive Director in any overall ministry and seasonal projects

You will provide availability each month, and we will schedule you out on a monthly basis. If we hire a remote worker, we will assign daytime required availability for communication, but work may be completed at the employee’s desired times as well.
Attend all required staff meetings either in person or virtually.
This time is used to sync up as a team and will be the space where you will pitch new strategies, designs, and ideas. Any meeting will go towards your hourly work requirements.
