Sharie is passionate about seeing people fully become who God has made them to be. Her fun and energetic communication style allows her to relate well to many audiences. She enjoys speaking at women’s events, colleges, and to students about overcoming fear, God’s grace, and healthy relationships.

Sharie was born in Atlanta, GA. She gave her heart to Jesus when she was eleven years old and soon surrendered to ministry at age twelve.

Having served with the ministry in several capacities since 1997, she now travels all over the United States speaking at ladies events, churches, colleges and summer camps. Sharie considers it a special blessing when she and her husband Clayton get to travel, speak and minister together.

She has written four books, co-authoring two with Clayton: 12 Questions to Ask Before You Marry and The Beauty and the Mystery. She and Clayton recently partnered with Lifeway to develop a curriculum for students called True Love Project (a relaunch of True Love Waits) in 2014 as well as her own book 40 Days of Purity for Girls as part of the True Love series.

Sharie has two amazing sons named Jacob and Joseph. She loves four-wheeling, skiing (water and snow), artistic painting, and reading.

Sharie King is a sweet woman of the Lord. She has a way of creating an atmosphere of authenticity and comfortability while bringing convicting and life-changing Biblical truths.

Sharie did a great job connecting with our church. She had everyone laughing and crying as she communicated the message of hope in Jesus.
— Jeff Kapusta, Senior Pastor, Lifepoint Church
Clayton and Sharie King were used mightily by God at our recent Converge Collegiate Conference. The weekend was focused on relationships and Clayton and Sharie used God’s word and their personal experiences to speak powerfully into the lives of students. During the weekend, we saw many come to know the Lord for the first time, others who accepted God’s call to missions/ministry and still others who accepted God’s healing and plan for their relationships. I cannot recommend any speakers higher than Clayton and Sharie. Their desire to glorify God, to be true to God’s word, to minister to students and to serve the needs of the conference leaders demonstrates their genuine Christian faith and witness. We look forward to having them back to lead and influence our students in the future.
