MISSIONS - FINDING IDENTITY IN CHRIST
Meghan Mukri has been CKM's Missions Director since 2012. She is a Liberty University graduate with a major in Intercultural Studies.
It was after her first experience at a Crossroads Summer Camp that Meghan came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Shortly after, she felt led to join Crossroads on her first international mission trip. it was on this trip to Southern India that the Lord opened Meghan's heart to hurting and needy people and developed in her a burden for God's people all over the world.
Over the years, Meghan contented to spend her summer with Crossroads, first as a camper, then as summer staff while she was in college. Her experiences with Crossroads Summer Camp and missions influenced her desire to study Intercultural Studies while at Liberty. Upon graduating she returned to CKM again to spend a year with the Crossroads Discipleship Home.
Meghan stayed involved with CKM after her internship, and eventually got the opportunity to take the job of her dreams! Since taking the Missions Director position, she has helped design, recruit, and execute mission trips for Crossroads events as well as individualized trips for churches, schools, and other organizations.
When it all comes down to it, Meghan's greatest passion is to see lost people come to know Jesus, especially people in places that would be considered "less reached." Along with that she loves to see young people know how deeply valued they are by the Lord.
Meghan loves to speak and share about different cultures, world religions, reaching the lost, and serving locally or internationally. Meghan also loves to speak to young women about how much they are valued by the Lord, and how all women can and should strive to believe the truth of the Gospel and fight against lies the world throws at them.
Meghan loves to speak at youth gatherings and small missions conferences.
